This pull-apart buttery, cheesy garlic bread is exceptionally wonderful, you won’t soon forget it! It makes a great appetizer or side dish.

One night I was making lasagna for supper and I was going to make rolls to go with it, but I wanted to change it up a little. So I thought I would try to turn them into a garlic bread of sorts, with some cheese, because cheese makes everything better, and I wanted them to be pull-apart.
I took my normal roll recipe chopped them up, added some cheese and a buttery garlic sauce, and got amazingly delicious rolls!
How To Store Pull-Apart Buttery, Cheesy, Garlic Bread
This recipe is best fresh out of the oven, however, in an airtight container at room temperature they stay good for up to 3 days. When we have leftovers they are good enough to eat at room temperature without butter.
Ingredients You Will Need
Rolls:
- Water – The water must be warm to activate the yeast, but you don’t want it too hot or it will kill it
- Oil – I use olive oil
- Yeast – Instant dry yeast
- Sugar
- Salt
- Egg
- Shredded Cheese – Whatever kind of cheese you want, cheddar would give it more flavor, but I use mozzarella too, or a mixture of the two
- Flour – Bread flour works best, but any flour will do
Garlic Butter Sauce:
- Butter – I use salted butter, unsalted would work but add a pinch of salt
- Garlic – Minced garlic, either fresh or the stuff in a jar
- Parsely
- Oregano
- Basil
